By accessing the Site, submitting a form, using the chat, or opting in to our SMS program, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
The Site provides information about our transportation services and allows you to request quotes, contact us, and apply as a driver. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the Site only for lawful purposes. Quotes and information provided through the Site or chat are informational and do not constitute a binding rate confirmation or contract of carriage; freight services are provided under separately agreed terms and applicable transportation documents.
By checking the SMS consent box on our forms or otherwise providing your prior express consent, you agree to receive SMS messages from RouteX Transportation LLC at the mobile number provided regarding driver onboarding, load and shipment information, pickup and delivery coordination, shipment status and ETA updates, appointment information, point-of-contact information, document requests, and other operational transportation communications.
Submitting an application through the Site does not create an employment or contractor relationship. Any engagement is subject to our verification, qualification, and onboarding processes and separate written agreements.
All content on the Site — including text, design, logos, and graphics — is the property of RouteX Transportation LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RouteX Transportation LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or the SMS program. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability arising under applicable transportation regulations for freight services actually contracted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ohio.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
